上海市外来人口异地高考现状与发展研究 摘要：随着大量务工人员进入大城市，其随迁子女教育问题逐渐引起社会各界的密切关注。本文以非结构式访谈，通过对上海市J市场的调查发现，农民工子女义务教育阶段的问题已经基本上解决。但是，高中升大学的高等教育阶段形式依然十分严峻，并且在异地高考呼声极高。通过对义务教育阶段的研究，本文认为，户籍、分层、教育资源和招生指标是农民工子女异地高考问题中存在的制度性、机会性和制约性障碍。基于此，本文提出，应结合户籍制度、社会流动机制等方面，以异地高考改革为教育工作重点，继续改进在沪务工人员子女异地高考教育中所存在的问题。

Offsite Entrance of the Floating population’ Children in J market,Shanghai
Abstract: With a large number of migrant workers into the cities, and its gradual education of children or wife aroused close attention. In this paper, non-structured interviews, through the Shanghai J market survey found that children of migrant workers compulsory problem has been basically solved. However, the high school to college is still very grim form of higher education, and college entrance examination in different places high voice. Through the compulsory phase of the study, this paper argues, household, stratification, educational resources and enrollment targets are children of migrant workers off-site entrance institutional problems that exist, opportunities, barriers and constraints. Based on this, we propose, should be combined with the household registration system, social mobility mechanisms, etc., in order to work off-site college entrance examination reform for the education focus and continue to improve the children of migrant workers in Shanghai offsite entrance the problems of education.
