1) Advertisements are informative;
2) Advertisements are enjoyable.
2. However, advertisements sometimes may cause troubles.
1) Large amounts of advertisements are shown up when you are watching your favorite program;
2) Some advertisements are not suitable for all the age groups, like the ads for selling cigarettes, condoms or sanitary towels;
3) Few advertisements of the same type of things confuse people which product is fit to them.
3. In modern times, many advertisements are subjective rather than objective, persuasive rather than informative. Therefore, it is wise for people to make sure if the advertisements are telling the truth.
3.2.3 Collecting Information
Samuel Johnson said that “What is written without effort is read without pleasure.” A good paper should have the real materials which can support the authors’ ideas. Take that paper for example, the author takes lots of time to collect the different theories about communicative approach to enrich her own knowledge and prove her viewpoints. At the same time, ideas or arguments having sorted out should be distinguished from the positive to the negative aspects.
3.2.4 Doing Research
It is not necessary to do research before writing any papers. And it is not enough time for writers to do when he or she is taking an exam. However, this step is very important for writing an essay for its accuracy and strictness.
The following questionnaire is done by the author to accomplish this paper.

Before the author writes this paper, she had done a research about writing. Thirty people who take part in this research are all college students. From the research the author has sorted out that: 90% of them prefer to write in Chinese; 85% of them are enforced to write; and about 79% have problems in English writing. Therefore, the results of a research provide the truthful and reliable data and expose the problems which should be solved in time.
3.2.5 Drafting
After students have developed an outline of the essay, they can start to write. They should be given enough time to write the first draft. At this stage, the development of ideas is more important than getting grammatical structures, punctuation or spelling correct.
Example:
Cyber fame VS. traditional fame
Most people are eager to be well-known. Everyone has his or her favorite way to become famous. Although goals can be reached by both ways, they are remarkably different in the speed, persistence and effects.
First, it seems easier and quicker for one to get his or her hands on fame through the Internet than by the traditional way. On one hand, Internet provides us convenience as well as the equal opportunities. On the other hand, traditional fame, which usually refers to the national rewards, public respects and so forth, is hard to accomplish.
Second, traditional fame will be engraved on people’s minds for a long time, while cyber fame is easily forgotten. No one would ever forget who created the first diesel engine, who discovered the relations between human beings and apes, and who advanced the computer software.
Last but not least, with respect to the effects, cyber and traditional fame have something in common. Cyber fame has invisible effects on people’s living styles and attitudes, while traditional fame has effects mainly on people’s world outlooks and values. Apart from inspiring people to create and compete, both cyber fame and traditional fame seduce people to grasp it by any means.
We should uphold a neutral attitude to both cyber and traditional fame. We should not simply define which one is better than the other.
The above draft is written by an English major. The title “cyber fame VS. traditional fame” is given. It is clear that the writing should be done as an argumentation. According to the above draft, the standing points can be arranged as Fig.3-2-2. In brief, the draft is quite a good example for its proper structure and well arrangement.
