过程装备炼油设备英文文献和翻译 An analysis of the operation of large crude oil distillation units with towers having S-shaped tray
elements has demonstrated the feasibility of increasing the tower loads by 30-40% [1-3]. The institute
VN]:Pineft' [All- Union Scientific- Research and Design Institute of the Petroleum- Refining and Petrochemical
Industry] has completed the design for reconstruction of a large crude oil distillation unit at the Novopolotesk
Petroleum Refinery, with the aim of increasing its capacity by 33%.
Here we are presenting results from an operating test on the atmospheric tower T-2, with a diameter
of 7 m, equipped with 38 two-pass trays with 本文来自辣$文(论"文?网,毕业论文 www.751com.cn 加7位QQ324~9114找原文 S-shaped elements, installed at a spacing of 800 ram; recom-
mendations are given for improvements in the operating indices of such towers. A diagram of the tower is
shown in Fig. 1, and the basic indices of the tower's fractionating capability are given in Table 1.
The reconstruction design provided for additional mid-tower circulating reflux (PTsO- middle) is in the
interest of improving the distribution of loads up and down the tower. The heat of the PTsO-middle is created
at the expense of a third parallel stream of crude. By the circulating reflux streams, 55.3 Gcal/h of heat is
withdrawn, distributed in the following manner among the individual circulating reflux streams: PTsO-1; 20.5;
PTsO-middle, 10.5; PTsO-2, 24.3 Gcal/h.
During the test period, the unit was processing crude from the Druzhba pipeline, to which a gas con-
densate was added in amount of 7% relative to crude. The T-2 tower feed was topped crude, amounting to 90%
of the total crude entering the unit. The yields of products from T-2 tower (in % relative to original crude)
were: naphtha (IBP-180~ 11.5%, kerosine (180-220~ 9.0%, diesel fuel (220-350~ 23%. The total yield
