舌诊是中医四诊的关键内容,为历代医家所重视,是辨证论治的主要依据。
中医舌诊的客观化研究,对于中医辨证规范化及中医临床、教学、科研手段的现
代化,具有重要的意义。舌之干湿润燥,能客观地反映正气盛衰、病邪深浅、邪
气性质、病情进退,可以判断疾病转归和预后,指导处方遣药,是舌诊的重要一
环。同时,舌体湿度还是影响舌面温度的主要因素之一,对其客观量化有助于计
算生物组织血液灌注率,研究生物传热规律。
本项目是国家自然基金项目--“舌体三文传热与传统医学的相关性”的一个
子项,其目的是要对中医舌诊客观化涉及的舌体湿度测量进行研究,研制出一种
新型的舌体湿分含量测量仪,辅助中医辨证施治,并为舌体三文温度场的计算提
供客观数据。本文在介绍了湿度测量的一些基础概念之后,提出了用质传递速率
的方法来检测舌体湿度。本课题以ATMEL公司的AT89S8252单片机和数字式
温湿度传感器SHT11为核心设计了系统的硬件电路,通过液晶屏直观显示出测
量结果,具有小型便携、操作简便、低功耗等诸多优点,并能通过串口与上位机
通讯,以便对数据进行更深一步的处理。通过试验证明,本仪器比现有的舌体湿
度测量方法具有更好的性能,相对标准偏差为2.9%,能快速准确地反映舌体干
湿润燥程度。最后用本仪器对61例冠心病患者进行了实际测量,分析了舌体湿
度与冠心病病机,以及不同病态舌色之间的关系。

Tongue Diagnosis is one of the essential methods of traditional Chinese medical
diagnosis.The accuracy of tongue diagnosis can be improved by tongue
characterization.As an important part of tongue diagnosis,inspection of the tongue
moisture can reveal the physiques and natural endowment of patients,help clinical
discrimination and diagnosis,predict the progress and prognosis of illness,guide the
determination of therapeutic principle and selection of drugs as well.Meanwhile,it
makes for the study and calculation of the bio-heat transfer.
This paper is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)
under the project of“The Relationship between Heat Transfer Mechanism in Tongue
Body and Traditional Medicine”.After introduced basic conceptions of moisture
measurement,mass transfer was presented to inspect tongue moisture.In this subject,
hardware circuits of the system were designed based on ATMEL’s AT89S8252
single-chip computer and digital humidity-temperature sensor SHT11.This
hygroscope finds itself with some attractive features,such as portability,handy
operation,low power consumption,etc.It has been proved that the standard deviation
of this tester,which is only 2.9%,is better than that of other conventional instruments,
and the degree of tongue moisture could be measured rapidly and exactly.In the end,
hygroscope for tongue moisture was used to examine 61 patients with coronary heart
disease.Results showed the relationship between tongue moisture and pathology of
the disease.
