三叉苦等6味中草药活性成分提取与抑菌性能研究 摘 要:采用煎煮法,对三叉苦等6味中草药组配的7个复方制剂进行活性成分提取,并通过测定抑菌率、抑菌圈大小、最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度等指标,研究其对大肠杆菌的体外抑菌效果。结果表明:7个复方制剂对大肠杆菌的抑菌、杀菌效果不同,同一种复方制剂不同浓度下,大肠杆菌对其敏感性不同,抑菌效果强弱与复方制剂中所含的中草药种类及复合提取物的浓度并非正相关。这说明要想筛选出抑菌效果好的复方制剂,既要考虑到所选择的中草药的种类,也要考虑到各种中草药之间的配比。

Study on Antibacterial Activity of Active Ingredients of
Evodia Lepta and other Chinese Herbs
Abstract: The decoction method was used for extracting the active ingredients of seven compound preparations equipped with six kinds of Chinese herbs such as Evodia lepta, Solanum lyratum, Acanthopanax root, nightshade, Scutellariae barbatae, Fructus Forsythiae. The inhibition effect of seven compound preparations on E.coli was researched by determining bacteriostatic rate, inhibition zone size, the minimum inhibitory concentration and the minimum bactericidal concentration.The results indicated that seven compound preparations had different bacteriostatic and sterilization effect on E.coli, E.coli had different sensitivity under different concentrations of the same kind of compound preparation, there was not positive correlation between bacteriostatic effect and the kinds of Chinese herb contained in compound preparation and the concentration of compound extracts. It meaned if we wanted to select compound preparation with better bacteriostatic effect, we should consider not only the choice of the kins of Chinese herbs, but also the ratio between all kinds of Chinese herbs.
