鬼针草等6味中草药复方制剂杀菌活性的初步研究 摘 要:本实验主要采用了药敏纸片法、二倍稀释法等方法,通过测定抑菌率、抑菌圈大小、最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度,研究了鬼针草等6味中草药配伍的7组复方制剂对大肠杆菌的抑制作用。结果表明:第4组、第6组的MIC为500mg/mL,在此浓度下,抑菌率达到90%以上;第3组、第7组的MIC和MBC均为125mg/mL,在此浓度下,抑菌率达到100%;第1组、第2组、第5组在500mg/mL浓度下,抑菌率介于29%~61%之间。这说明7组复方中草药提取液对大肠杆菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,但第1组、第2组、第5组对大肠杆菌抑制效果较差,第4组、第6组在高浓度下对大肠杆菌抑制效果较好,第3组、第7组在低浓度下对大肠杆菌抑制效果较好。

Preliminary Research on the Bactericidal Activity of
Compound Preparation Composed of Sticktight and other Chinese Herb
Abstract:Disk diffusion method and dilution method were adopted in the experiment, the inhibitory rate, the size of inhibition zone, minimum inhibitory concentration and minimum bactericidal concentration were determined to study the inhibitory effect of seven groups of compound preparation composed of sticktight and other Chinese herb on Escherichia coli. The results indicated that MIC of the forth and sixth groups was 500 mg/mL, the inhibitory rate reached more than 90% under the concentration; MIC and MBC of the third and seventh groups were 125mg/mL, the inhibitory rate reached 100% under the concentration; The inhibition rate of the first and second and fifth groups was between 29%~61% under the concentration of 500mg/mL. That meaned seven groups of compound Chinese herb extracts had different degree of inhibition to E.coli, but the inhibition effect of first and second and fifth groups on E.coli was poorer, the inhibition effect of forth and sixth groups were better under high concentration, the inhibition effect of third and seventh groups were better under low concentration.
