摘要 体育课程是大学生以身体练习为主要手段，通过合理的体育教育和科学的锻炼过程，达到增强体质、增进健康和提高体育素质为主要目标的公共必须课程。（这一句可以去掉，保持摘要在完整的一页）排球选项课作为大学基础的的课程之一，是大学生体育课程不可缺少的重要部分。本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法对学院排球选项课现状进行调查探讨分析，发现学院排球选修课还是很受大学生的欢迎。但是，排球选项课的教学效果与同学们对排球运动的兴趣与其参加排球运动次数并不匹配。这很大部分与排球自身的局限性有关，排球技术单一但是很难掌握导致很大一部分同学在排球选项课中感觉到排球难学、成效慢、不好掌握。当然导致这样的原因同场地设施、排球教学、师资力量、院校领导重视程度也有很大的关系。39258

Abstract: The sports curriculum is college students’ physical exercise as the main means, through the reasonable physical education and scientific training process, to the public to enhance physical fitness, improve health and improve the quality of sports as the main target of the required course. Volleyball option class as one of the basic courses in university, which is an important and indispensable part of College Physical Education Curriculum. In this paper, using the method of literature, questionnaire, survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics analysis of investigation on the present situation of volleyball elective course in Zhoukou Normal University, Zhoukou Normal University volleyball elective course is very popular with college students. However, volleyball option class teaching effect and students interest in volleyball and volleyball does not match the number in. Limitations the most relevant and volleyball technology itself, but is difficult to grasp the single lead to a large part of the students in volleyball elective course of volleyball in feel difficult to learn, slow performances, not easy to hold. Of course, the reason is the same, the volleyball teaching facilities, teachers, school leaders attach importance to also have a great relationship.

学院排球选项课现状调查
1.前言
