摘要:   圆锥破碎机广泛应用于粉碎岩石材料,特别是在制造聚合物领域和采矿业。以前相关部门开发过一个用来预测圆锥破碎机的几何磨损的模型。在该模型中,预测的几何磨损和实际测得磨损存在较大差异。针对这种差异,研究人员着力于寻找原因。在这项研究中,`751~文^论|文*网www.751com.cn我们把重点放在沿破碎表面的剪切力的作用上,同时实验模拟了两个不同的破碎腔以便于比较。结果,测量值和模拟值之间的差异得到显著的改善。测量在粗破碎腔进行,所测试和记录的运行参数包括压力,功耗和容量,且测试时间延续到衬板的寿命到达为止。模拟运行参数与实测数据之间有相当的一致性,但在本实验中破碎机的运行不够稳定和理想。

1.介绍
