摘要：合作社是我国社会发展中一种重要的组织形式，我国合作社的发展随着经济和社会的变革经历了不同的历史阶段，并有明显的时代烙印。同时，随着我国社会建设和社会管理体制改革的推进，也为新型合作社的发展提供了新的契机。本研究通过梳理我国合作社在不同历史阶段的发展轨迹基础上，探讨合作社发展中所面临的困境，以期对我国合作社的发展拥有全面的认识，并在建立与完善合作社的制度体系中发挥应有之力，进而为新型合作社的发展，在社会建设与社会发展创新中创造条件。20845
