摘要：首先介绍了工程名目风险管理与费用控制的基本概念;接着从工程名目特点及风险管理的必要性角度，引出了工程名目风险识别、风险估计、风险评价的基本步骤和方法。根据风险管理目标，在风险识别和分析的基础上，合理地选择风险的技巧和措施，继而拟定风险管理整体计划和行动措施。最终探究了设计阶段在全寿命周期中对建设名目成本的影响，进一步分析设计阶段成本优化的具体内容和优化计划，立足于设计阶段要素论述了优化设计管理并提出了如何优化设计的建议。 23453

The Design Stage Of The Project Life-cycle Cost Control And Risk Research
Abstract: This article introduces the basic concepts of project risk management and cost control; then from the perspective of project characteristics and the need for risk management, leads the project risk identification, risk assessment, risk assessment of the basic steps and methods. Based on the risk management objectives, risk identification and analysis, based on a reasonable choice of treatment techniques and tools of risk, and thus the overall development of risk management programs and operational measures, and in the design phase for the construction of the project to be optimized. Finally, we discuss the impact of the design phase in the life-cycle cost of the construction project, further analysis of cost-optimized design stage specific content and optimization program, based on the factors set forth in the design stage to optimize the design management and made recommendations on how to optimize the design.
