摘要：随着我国社会保障事业的发展，全国社会保障基金（以下简称社保基金）的规模日益壮大，由于社保体制转型、人口老龄化及寿命的延长等因素，社会保障基金将面临一定的支付危机。如何管理和运营好社保基金，并实现其保值增值，已成为社会普遍关注的焦点问题。按照成熟的国际经验,将社保基金投资于资本市场、实行市场化管理是实现保值增值唯一的、现实的选择。而大规模的社保基金投资于资本市场不仅会对整个社会经济产生深刻的影响,同时也把社保基金置于各种风险之中。因此,如何进行有效投资和控制风险,就成为必须解决的重大问题。本课题主要目的是通过研究我国社保基金在投资运营方面的现状，并探索其在安全性方面存在的问题，同时比较国内外成功做法，提出提高我国社保基金投资运营安全性的对策建议。24400

The safety study of Chinese social security fund investment operations
Abstract: With the development of social security, the size of the social security fund growing, due to the transformation of the social security system, such as an aging population and extend the life of factors, social security funds will face certain payments crisis.
