摘要:餐饮业在我国有着广阔的发展前景,连锁餐饮企业正在作为一种极具生命力的经营模式在我国的餐饮市场中不断发展壮大。但是,越来越多的资本以及企业进入到餐饮行业,使得我国的餐饮行业的竞争日趋激烈。合肥老乡鸡作为安徽本土最大的连锁产品牌之一,经过多年发展,已经在市场上取得了一定的成功,但是面临复杂的市场竞争环境下,其经营模式仍然存在一些问题,本文通过对合肥老乡鸡连锁餐饮企业的经营模式探析,指出其在经营过程中的优势和问题,并提出改进对策,这不仅对老乡鸡中式快餐连锁品牌的发展具有一定的帮助,同时也对我国本土连锁餐饮品牌经营管理方面有一定的指导借鉴作用。26614

合肥老乡鸡品牌最初叫肥西老母鸡,发源于安徽省肥西县,从最初的从事优质老母鸡饲养至今,老乡鸡已经发展成为集养殖、加工、餐饮、旅游休闲为一体的集团化企业。与其他企业走单一的直线型产业链发展模式不同,老乡鸡走出了一条集第一产业、第二产业和第三产业的全链条产业链。这种全产业链的发展模式使得各个产业之间既能相互促进,又能独立发展,体现了关联性与多样性的统一。其次,在它复合产业链中的每一产业都有独立固定的消费人群,使得整个企业的目标受众范围更广,创造了产品的多重增值空间。最后,每个产业都不是各自为阵,而是紧密结合在“老乡鸡”这个品牌之下,让品牌口碑不断提升。纵观老乡鸡全产业链模式的形成总共经历了以下四个阶段。
