摘要:人之性寿,物者抇之,故不得寿。“腐”,外物引起事物本身变质;“败”,内心不足以抗拒欲望。腐败频仍,失德甚嚣,可谓今有疾,究其因,固本不足,内修不够,此为当今公务员问题之最。何得良方愈今疾?古书大贤者,不知凡几,“修齐”重于内,成德于心。本文作著,鉴修身、齐家、古之良方,因今世而制宜,或增或减,求同存异,以正其心、守其心为修身之阶;以笃孝、姻亲、教子为齐“小我之家”,以校友、同乡、同事为齐“大我之家”,分章别述,教化于今,冀公务员抱元补缺,心行合一,德政予民。28608

基于“修齐”文化内核公务员的自我管理研究
纵看古今,横贯中外,朝代更迭,山河易主,每每之际,总有一批忠贞爱国之士,他们力挽大厦之倾颓,狂揽国柱之即倒,不计个人之荣辱,不论合家之安危,为国尽忠,虽败犹荣,虽死犹生。有人谓之迂腐,不懂顺天应命,度势逐波,我不亦然,爱国何错?吾之浅论,士子无错,咎在君,在制,在运。何谓士子?官为中坚,学子为盾,古之学子,官之后继,旨在做宰,志在治世,可谓“非官之官”。因此,士子释为古之官,今之公务员。
中华沃土封疆,幅员众众,国之日富,民之益强。人常说盛世思危,此虽非敢妄言盛世,亦可称繁荣。然近年以来,事务冗杂,委吏派官,繁不胜繁,人不可众,众则杂,则乱。明珠蒙尘,瓦砾登堂,则吏治不清,世风不靖,官不尽节,民不思善。千里之堤,恐毁于蚁穴,虽非危世,不可不察情,不可不思变。 基于“修齐”文化内核公务员的自我管理研究:http://www.751com.cn/guanli/lunwen_23520.html
