摘要：“亚腐败”是现在社会上具有极大危害性的一种普遍现象，很有可能发展成为腐败问题。研究发现高校也是亚腐败现象频发的地点，侵蚀着高校良好的教育环境，严重影响着我国教育事业能否健康发展。而根治高校“亚腐败”要先分析清楚其特征、存在原因、表现形式，并对当代大学生进行调查研究，分析高校“亚腐败”的影响，再针对性地采取关于制定和完善制度、进行相关教育的建设和宣传、采取多样的监督手段以及加大惩处的力度等方面的措施，以预防和治理高校“亚腐败”。28613

引言：高校“亚腐败”现象的预防与治理研究——基于对XX大学的调研
“亚腐败”区别于腐败，主要在于“亚腐败”是介于作风问题和犯法之间，而中国又是一个“人情社会”，人与人之间正常的礼尚往来，稍有不慎就很有可能用力过度就变成了亚腐败！学校是培养新一代人才的摇篮，高等院校在其中的作用更是重中之重，也就意着高校的教育环境直接影响着我国教育事业健康发展。于是，预防和治理高校“亚腐败”的措施能否有效实施，成为该项研究的重要问题。本文从我国高等院校的自身环境特点切入，分析存在“亚腐败”的成因，总结出我国“亚腐败”的特点。通过针对现有关于 “亚腐败”文献的阅读和研究，联系国内外学者提出的理论，对高校并基于当代大学生调研的分析结果，研究我国高校“亚腐败”的现状及其影响。在本文中，将提出关于当今高等院校如何预防和治理“亚腐败”的针对性的观点。 高校“亚腐败”现象的预防与治理研究:http://www.751com.cn/guanli/lunwen_23529.html
