摘要：随着高校的扩招，毕业生急剧增多，就业压力不断增大，在就业过程中出现的不安全现象也越来越多。本文通过实证调查对大学毕业生就业安全意识的现状进行了分析，并从人身安全、财产安全、信息安全、心理安全以及法律安全五个方面分别论述了大学毕业生求职过程中出现的安全问题。毕业生就业安全防范意识不高、高校对于就业安全教育不重视、政府在就业安全方面未出台相关政策、媒体未起到相应责任等诸多原因导致了毕业生在求职过程中安全不断受到威胁。为了大学毕业生能够安全地毕业，本文针对发现的问题分别从学生本人、高校、家庭、媒体以及政府方面提出了相应的对策。 29170

Research on the Analysis of College Graduates’ Employment Security and the Countermeasures
Abstract: Along with university enrollment, the graduate increases suddenly, employment pressure enlargement presents the unsafe factor in the employment process. The essay analyzes the protection awareness of college students’ employment security problems by the empirical investigation. And expounds the security problems during the process of college graduates’ job hunting from five aspects: personal security, economy security, information security, psychology security and the legislation security. Graduates’ poor employment security awareness; colleges not paying attention to the job security education; government not introducing relevant policies in terms of employment security , media not taking related responsibility and other factors lead that the graduates’ safety is under constant threat in the process of job hunting. In order that college graduates can graduate safely, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the students, college, family, media and government.
