[摘 要]茶叶是世界著名的三大饮料之一，饮用之广仅次于水。我国是茶树的原产地，茶文化源远流长。751安茶叶产业化处于初级阶段，与其它名茶存在很大的差距，在产业化过程中存在很多的问题，比如茶园基础薄弱，茶农种植知识不足，茶叶质量不高，精深加工不足，流通成本高，品牌宣传不够，营销力不强，规模小，竞争力弱，政府扶持力度不够等，针对这些问题本文提出了相应的解决措施。这些措施的实施将有利于解决751安瓜片产业化中存在的问题，加快产业化的步伐，促进茶叶产业化的升级。31321

The Problems and Countermeasures Research on the Development of Lu’an GuaPian Tea Industrialization
Abstract:Tea is one the three world famous beverage,drinking of second only to water.As the birth place of tea,Chinese tea culture has a long history.The development of Lu’an tea industrialization is still in the primitive stage,there is a big gap compared with the other famous teas.There are many problems in the development of tea,such as the weakness of tea garden,the lackness of tea farmer’s knowledge,the low quality of tea,the insufficient of deep processing,the high circulation cost,the lackness of brand and the marketing force,the small scope,the weak competitiveness,the shortage of government support and so on.Aiming at these problems,this thesis puts forward the corresponding solutions.The implementation of these measures will help to solve the problems existing in the industrialization of lu’an GuaPian,speed up the pace of industrialization,and promote the upgrading of industrialization of tea.

1 751安瓜片简介
古书有云：751安产茶，开始于秦汉，发展于唐宋，兴盛于明清。作为我国最著名的古老茶区之一，751安市已经拥有两千多年的产茶历史。751安茶叶的品质极佳，尤其是751安瓜片，是我国传统名茶，有一千多年的历史底蕴和丰厚的文化内涵，因其“形美、色绿、香浓、醇”的显著特点在中国名茶中独树一帜。751安瓜片在国内众多名茶中，是唯一去梗、去芽仅用茶树嫩梢叶片炒制而成的茶叶，堪称一绝[1]。1955年，751安瓜片被相关部门评为中国十大名茶之一。2002年，“751安瓜片”商标荣获国家工商总局商标局正式核准。2004年，“751安瓜片”获得国家质检总局颁发的“地理标志产品认证”，2008年“751安瓜片制作技艺”被国家文化部列入“国家级非物质文化遗产名录”[2]。近些年来绿茶的保健功能被发掘，751安瓜片不再只有解渴降暑的作用，还可以成为饮料、解毒的良药。
2 751安瓜片产业化开发的基础
751安是一座拥有一千多年历史底蕴和丰富文化内涵的城市，751安瓜片是它孕育的传统名茶。唐代时其被称作“庐州751安茶”，明代时才有“751安瓜片”称法，至清代便开始了为期三百多年的贡茶生涯。达到顶峰状态的751安瓜片之后便不断没落，经历了茶叶生涯的大起大落。在改革开放之后，甚至还出现了以次充好的假冒伪劣行为来牟取暴利，这种行为严重损害了751安瓜片的声誉和茶农的利益[3]。直到进入21世纪，伴随着国家农业产业化的快速发展，751安市委、市政府开始意识到发展茶叶产业对751安市经济的重要性，并给予了政策上的扶持和经济上的支持，茶农收入逐渐成为茶区农村经济的重要来源。751安经济落后，茶区先天不足，后天畸形，这些都制约着751安茶产业的发展，纵使751安茶业问题百出，但是能始终屹立于国内外市场的751安瓜片茶叶必然有它成功的条件。 六安瓜片产业化开发中的问题和对策研究:http://www.751com.cn/guanli/lunwen_27436.html
