摘要：随着中国城市化与老龄化的发展，我们不可避免面临农村空巢家庭的养老保障问题。本文以安徽省亳州市刘家集乡刘北村的空巢家庭为研究对象，主要采用问卷调查和访谈相结合的方法，对刘北村空巢家庭养老现状进行了实证研究。发现存在诸如缺乏物质保障，精神生活单调空虚，社会保障制度不健全等问题。此问题是由我国城乡二元经济结构，家庭养老功能弱化等原因造成的。最后基于前面的调查分析提出加快农村经济建设，促进劳动力就地转移；强化家庭养老；建立多元化社区养老体系的等建议。31609

On the Old-age Security Issues of Rural Empty-nest Families - Taking Liubei Village of Bozhou City, Anhui Province as an Example
Abstract: With the development of urbanization and aging population in China, village old-aging security becomes unavoidable issue which we have to face up with. This paper takes the empty nest families in Liubei village, Liujiaji town, Bozhou city, Anhui Province as the research object, adopts the combined method of questionnaire and interview, to carry out empirical research on the old-age security of those empty nest families in Liubei Village. The research has found some problems which exert great influence on old-age security of village empty nest families, including lacking of material insurance, monotonous and hollow spiritual life, and imperfect social security system, etc. A summary could be drawn from systematic analysis that such phenomenon is a result of urban and rural dual economic structure, and weakening function of family endowment, etc. Finally, based on above investigation and analysis, proposals like accelerating rural economy construction, promoting labor transfer in situ, strengthening family pension, and establishing a perse society pension system, etc. are put forward.
