摘  要：建筑业在产业中着有不断增长的趋势，但伴随着的是建筑事故居高不下。因此，在我国的建筑安全形势比较严峻的情况之下，安全教育的学习显得尤为重要。我们可以通过科学地研究我国的建筑安全生产中的事故发生起数、事故类型和死亡人数的变化趋势，为我国的建筑安全教育提供参考，可以让我们更清楚的了解我们安全教育中的缺失和分析安全教育被忽略的原因等。
本论文会借鉴一些比较发达的国家和不同区域的安全教育培训工作的历史教训和经验,在分析施工企业安全教育重要性的基础上,构建了施工企业不同层次(管理层、操作层)人员的安全教育体系，制定了有效的培训方式，也总结出了一套行之有效的考核方法。33915
本论文主要是对安全教育的现状提出问题，安全教育的缺失分析问题，安全教育的内容和深层分析进行研究问题和安全教育体系的建立进行解决问题。文中也列举了一些由于安全教育而引发事故的案例来引出教育体系的建立，其中有安全教育的保证体系和安全教育的考核评分标准等。

Safety Education Research Of Construction Enterprise
Abstract: There are a growing trend in the construction industry, but the construction accidents remains high. Therefore, in our country construction safety situation is grim situation, it is very important to learn the safety education study. We can study by the scientific  in our country's construction safety accidents in production, accident type and the change trend of death toll, and it can provide reference for China's construction safety education and make us more clearly understand our lack of safety education and analyses the reason of safety education ignored.
This paper will draw lessons from some developed countries and different parts of the safety education training work history lessons and experience, based on the analysis of the importance of safety education of construction enterprise, constructs the construction enterprises of different levels (management and operational personnel safety education system, formulated the effective way of training, and summarized a set of effective assessment method.
The paper mainly asks questions from the status of safety education , analyze problem from the lack of safety education , study questions from the content of safety education and deep analysis,and resolve problems to establish the safety education system . The paper also cited a number of accidents caused by security education case to lead to the establishment of the education system，safety education assurance system and assessment standards of safety education in the system.
