[摘要]本文运用访谈法研究社会工作应届毕业生的价值观现状。以人生、道德、经济、政治和职业为侧重点,对社会工作应届毕业生的价值观做出描述。从价值观的结构出发,分析社会工作应届毕业生的价值观现状。共有四点的发现：第一，社会工作应届毕业生在接受社会工作教育后，有利于其在人生、道德、政治和职业这些价值观上的发展，特别是对学生人生和道德价值观的发展有突出的积极作用。第二，在价值目标上，有些社会工作应届毕业生能够通过专业学习使自己明确自己的价值目标，有些学生的价值目标就相对模糊。第三，在价值评价上，内容不一，标准不一，共性在于社会工作应届毕业生的评价标准或多或少都受到专业学习的影响。第四，在道德价值取向上，社会工作应届毕业生偏向实现社会价值。但是，在其他四个方面的价值取向上则偏向实现个人利益。35512

The present situation about the values of social work graduates——Social work students in normal university as an example
Abstract：In this paper, use interview method to research the present situation about the values of social work graduates. To life, moral, economic, political and professional as the emphasis on the values of social work graduates make a description. Start from the structure of values to analyze the values of the social work graduates. The discovery of a total of four: First, the social work graduates after receive professional education of social work, in life, moral, political and professional development on these values, in particular to the student life and positive role in the development of moral values is outstanding. Second, the social work graduates on the value target, some students are able to work through the social professional learning make clear their own value target, the value of some students aim is relatively vague. Third, on value evaluation, the content is different, social work graduates have different standard, and common evaluation standard is more or less affected by the professional study. Fourth, the social work graduates realize social value on moral value orientation, but on the other four aspects of value orientation towards achieving personal interests.
