摘要 在我国社会转型过程中，伴随着市场经济快速发展以及普遍的‘双向选择’就业机制，作为社会的边缘弱势群体，高校残疾大学生的就业方向和出路选择变得越来越窄，并逐渐成为我国不可忽视的社会问题。就目前国内关于高校残疾大学生就业的文献情况来看，学者们绝大多数倾向于从政府、用人单位和高校的视角来帮助残疾大学生就业或为其提供相关的就业服务，使其更好地融入于正常社会生活中。然而通过访谈与调查问卷的形式对残疾大学生进行较深入的了解后，本文从残疾大学生自身的视角来研究其主观的就业意愿、对毕业后的理想出路的选择以及其认为的毕业后所面临的就业困难内容。基于此，本文提出，应以高校残疾大学生自身意愿和选择为主，结合政府相关政策、用人单位协作方式和高校相关课程设置来帮助残疾大学生拓宽就业方向和出路选择。35864

Abstract: In the process of China social transformation, with the rapid development of market economy and universal "two-way choice" employment mechanism, as the edge of the social vulnerable groups, direction and the way to choose  the employment of the college for the handicapped students is becoming more and more narrow, and gradually become a social problem in our country which can not be ignored. From the current domestic about the document of college disabled college students in employment, most scholars tend to start from the angle of view of the government, enterprise and college to help the handicapped student’s employment or providing relevant employment service, make it better to fit in the normal social life. However, this article is from the angle of disabled college students to study the subjective employment intention, the selection of the ideal way after graduation, and the thought of the employment difficulties will be faced after graduation through interviews and questionnaires for disabled college students in the form of more depth understanding. Based on this, this paper puts forward that we should give priority to willingness and choice of disabled college students, combined with relevant government policies, enterprise’s collaboration mode and related courses in colleges and universities to help the handicapped students to broaden employment direction and the choice.

1 研究背景  我国作为人口大国，就业是我国的民生之本。高校大学生作为我国高级知识分子的主力军，其就业在我国社会经济发展过程中具有重要作用。随着我国社会经济高速发展，各个高校在高考中招收的考生名额也越来越多，直接导致的结果就是每一年大学毕业生的人数都在快速地增长，许多大学生都处于毕业即失业的尴尬境地，对于普通大学生是如此，更不要说是残疾大学生了。然而在高校大学生群体中，残疾大学生作为一种弱势群体的存在，这个少数群体的就业难问题也逐渐走进了人们的视野，并成为了我们不可忽视的主要社会问题之一。随着我国对普通高等院校招生规则的改变，现在除了一些专门招收残疾大学生的学校，几乎在每一所大学里面都能够看到残疾大学生的身影。也就是说残疾人进入大学学习、接受高等教育已经成为了普遍现象。根据统计数据，2010 年这一年全国有 8731名残疾考生进入普通高等院校及专门的特殊教育学院。 残疾大学生就业意愿及出路选择研究:http://www.751com.cn/guanli/lunwen_34042.html
