摘要：随着社会的发展和我国安全法律法规的更新，以及金属制品行业的发展，对企业安全的要求越来越高。由于安全评价能够起到减少事故的作用，帮助企业取得巨大的效益，越来越多的企业开始采纳这一现代化的管理模式。本研究主要是对某金属制品有限公司的生产安全建立评价指标体系， 对体系中涉及到的人的因素、设备的因素、环境的因素和管理的因素进行重要度排序，并利用数学模型对整个系统进行综合评价。 发现该企业的薄弱环节， 提出对应的安全对策。 其中涉及到定性、定量分析以及将复杂系统简化为数学模型的方法。三种不同性质的评价方法，在实际问题面前体现出了其各自不同的作用。这不仅提高了评价效率，同时也符合本研究以系统的观点来看待问题的初衷。36059

Abstract: With the development of society and the update of our national laws and regulations,and the development of metal products industry, the requirement to the enterprise safety isbecoming higher and higher. Due to the safety assessment have the effect of reducing accidentand help companies to achieve a great benefit, more and more enterprises begin to take use ofthis modern management mode.This subject mainly established a evaluation index system to a metal products Co., Ltd.Sort the importance of the human factors, equipment factors, environmental factors andmanagement factors involved in the evaluation system. And get the comprehensive evaluationto the whole system by using mathematical model. Recognize the weaknesses in the companyand come up with some safety precautions. This subject involves qualitative and quantitativeanalysis methods and simplifies the system with a mathematical model. These three differentmethods show their own function in this assessment. It not only improves the efficiency of theevaluation, but also conforms the original intention of the assessment at the same time whichtend to solve the problem in a systematic view.
