摘要：随着社会物质经济的发展，人们对于公益事业投来了越来越多的关注的目光，而作为公益事业的载体，非营利机构也渐渐进入了人们的实现。如今，诸多非营利机构都将目光投向了社区，如何能够以一个外来非营利组织的身份迈入社区，如何运用自身的理念与工具迎合社区需求，成为了各家非营利机构在实践中探索的重点。本文将通过对特定影像机构的资料进行分析以及对相关人士的采访，通过笔者在相关机构一年的实习观察，试图分析“影像”这一工具如今是以怎样的理念与方式逐步参与到社区中去的以及运用影像这一特殊工具的非营利机构参与社区给社区和机构本身带来了诸多改变。39004

Abstract： With the social and material development of economy, people voted for the public welfare more and more attention to the eyes, but as a public good carriers, non-profit organization has gradually into the people's realization. Today, many nonprofits are eyeing the community, how can the identity of a foreign non-profit organizations into the community, how to use their own ideas and tools to meet the needs of the community, become various non-profit organizations to explore in practice focus. This article through the clearing agency for a specific image is analyzed and interviews with stakeholders, observed by the author of expertise in the relevant agencies of the year, attempts to analyze the "image" of the tool now is how ideas and way of progressive involvement in the community as well as non-profit organizations to use the image of this special tool for communities and organizations to participate in community brought a lot of change itself.
