摘要:在许多行业中,尤其是服务性行业中,员工班次的安排和人力资源的有效利用问题一直是人力资源经理或者排班经理最烦恼的事情。排班是一种资源分配的结果,科学合理的排班让门店达到最佳的远程事前控制。对于服务性行业中的餐饮业来说,过多的人员安排会导致人力成本过高及削减利润,而过紧的人员安排则无法保证一个合理的品质、服务、清洁水平。要做到营业额的持续增长、100%的顾客满意度、最佳利润的实现,首先必须在复杂的人力资源管理中,根据员工不同层级的不同技能以及相同层级不同水平技能,做到人力资源的合理配置,这就必须要有一个完善的系统来支撑“人员班次的安排和人力资源的有效利用”这个繁琐的工程。本文作者通过对星巴克门店现有排班方式和人力资源配置进行调研,找出现有模式的缺点并提出问题,利用整数规划为星巴克门店设计新的排班方式,并进行优化。

Staff Scheduling Design and Optimization
——Using Starbucks Store as an example
Abstract:In many industries, especially in the service industry, the arrangement of the personnel shift and the effective use of human resource problem has always been the issues that are jarring human resources manager or store manager the most. Scheduling is a kind of resource allocation as a result, the scientific and reasonable scheduling for stores to achieve the best remote control in advance. For the restaurant industry in the service industry, high staffing can lead to high cost of human and cut profits, while tight staffing is no guarantee that a reasonable level of quality, service, clean. To achieve 100% customer satisfaction, and turnover of sustained growth, the realization of the optimal profit, must first in the complex human resources management, according to the different skills of employees, accomplish the rational allocation of human resources, it must want to have a perfect system to support the complicated engineering "the arrangement of the personnel shift and the effective utilization of human resources". Through the investigation of existing scheduling and allocation of human resources in the Starbucks stores, the author finds out the shortcomings of model and asks questions, using integer programming to design a new scheduling method for Starbucks stores, and optimize.
