摘要城乡二元经济结构是由城乡之间不可协调的制度差异引起的，是一个国家尚在发展的标志。我国的城乡二元经济结构相对于一般发展中国家显得更加突出，在我国农村与城市之间不仅存在着经济水平的差距，更有着社会福利、公共服务、收入水平等巨大的差距。在对外开放对内改革的形势下，虽然城市和农村之间的联系日趋紧密，但由于计划经济导致的二元结构并未得以缓解。在城乡二元结构下，土地征收补偿带来的问题不仅关乎社会公平，更关乎整个社会的发展。39158
本文基于二元结构问题的研究，采用比较分析法、实证分析法、制度经济学等探讨土地征收补偿的问题，结合江苏省的情况对征地补偿的方式和制度进行分析并且提出建议。
