摘要大学生毕业旅行有着广阔的发展前景，然而当前对大学生毕业旅行动机的研究还不够深入。本文以大学生毕业旅行为内容，通过对有毕业旅行计划、正在进行或已经进行过毕业旅行的群体进行问卷调查。通过数据分析发现，大学生毕业旅行的动机受到推拉因素的共同作用，推力因素主要包括：文化型、学习型、交际型、康体型、声望型旅游动机五类；拉力力素主要包括：资源丰富型、形象良好型、设施便利型、特色鲜明型、娱乐多样型五类。而且性别、专业性质、月生活费对大学生毕业旅行都有一定影响。旅游企业在进行大学生毕业旅行产品开发时要根据大学生的旅游动机的特点合理制定开发策略、定价策略以及营销策略。41860

An empirical study on the motivation of College Students' graduation trip
Abstract
Graduate travel has broad prospects for development, however, the current study on the motivation of college graduates is not deep enough. In this paper, college graduate travel as the content, through the graduation travel plan, is carried out or have been carried out by the group of graduate students to carry out a questionnaire survey. Through the data analysis, it is found that the motivation of College Students' graduation trip is the common function of the push and pull factors. Thrust factors include: cultural type, learning type, communication type, health, reputation type tourism motivation five categories. Tensile force elements include: rich resources, good image, convenient facilities, distinctive features, five types of entertainment. Moreover, gender, professional nature, the monthly living expenses for college students have a certain impact on graduation trip. Tourism enterprises should make the development strategy, pricing strategy and marketing strategy according to the characteristics of the tourism motivation of college students in the development of college graduation travel products.
