中俄战略协作伙伴关系建构的动因分析及前景展望

摘要2013年两会结束后，习近平主席访问俄罗斯期间与俄罗斯政府签订了《中华人民共和国和俄罗斯联邦关于合作共赢、深化全面战略协作伙伴关系的联合声明》，这也表示两国的关系发展上升到一个新的高度。中俄关系是国际社会中的一个重要角色。21世纪后，中国和俄罗斯面向全世界建立了“战略协作伙伴关系”，这是一种新型国家关系。中俄两国作为世界大国，又同时身为联合国常任理事国，在当今和平与发展的主题下，中俄两国关系不仅影响着两国自身发展，同时也影响着国际政治格局发展状况。中俄作为国际社会中的两股重要力量，两国关系的发展也经历了一个漫长的历史过程。42285
