摘要随着世界经济的发展，全世界的中小企业逐渐蓬勃发展。无论是国外还是国内，中小企业在经济方面都占据着举足轻重的地位。在我国，中小企业始终处于国民经济龙头老大的位置。中小企业是我国国民经济和社会发展的重要力量，中小企业的不断发展，可以使国民经济和社会发展保持稳定趋势。对于一个企业来说，在不同的时期选择不同的发展战略是必要且重要的。因为在一定的时期，正确的发展战略能够给公司指引正确的发展方向，能够为公司取得更大的竞争优势。反之，错误的发展战略则会阻碍公司的进一步发展。本文是根据以宁波方太厨具有限公司为例，研究其在不同发展时期所选择不同的发展战略，更进一步地了解我国中小企业的发展现状和战略选择。42296
