摘要商业健康保险作为医疗保障体系的有力补充，它的发展关系着社会民生。广东作为我国的经济大省，为保险业的发展提供了巨大的市场空间，因此本文选择广东省商业健康保险的发展情况作为切入点，通过阐述我国整体与广东省商业健康保险的发展现状，分析广东省的省情对商业健康保险的发展的影响，总结出广东省商业健康保险发展存在的各种问题。此外，通过简单分析国内其他省份以及发达国家商业健康保险的发展状况，提炼其相关领域的主要经验与措施；最后，结合广东省以及我国整体商业健康保险市场现阶段的实际，本文针对上述问题分别对保险公司、政府提出了相关对策的建议。45840

Abstract
Commercial health insurance as a strong complement to the medical security system,its development is related with people's livelihood.Guangdong as a big economic province of China,it provides a huge market space for the development of insurance industry.So this paper choose the development of the commercial health insurance in Guangdong as a starting point, through the exposition of the current situation of the development of health insurance in our country and Guangdong Province, the overall business impact analysis of Guangdong Province, and the situation of commercial health insurance development, summed up the various problems of Guangdong Province of the development of commercial health insurance.Moreover, through a simple analysis of other provinces and the development of commercial health insurance in developed countries, refine its related fields the main experiences and measures.And finally, combined with the actual Guangdong Province and China's overall commercial health insurance market at the present stage, aiming at the above problem respectively to insurance company and government put forward the related countermeasures and suggestions.
