摘要库存管理是构成纺织企业生产和运营管理的重要环节。库存问题已成为很多中小纺织企业发展的瓶颈，随着用户对需求的个性化越来越强，库存管理体系的逐步改进，对纺织企业库存管理产生了极具影响力的意义。本文首先将库存管理的基本理论和相关思想进行了概括和整理疏通。以此为理论基础，分析金湖丰羽纺业有限公司的库存管理的现状，找出企业在库存管理方面的问题。针对企业在库存管理中发生的库存成本高、数据信息不准确、仓库管理混乱等问题，对企业现有库存管理模式进行研究。通过科学的管理方法和思想，探讨改善方案，并提出改善企业库存管理的政策措施，实现增强仓库管理和降低库存成本的目标。本文将具体的纺织企业与库存理论知识相结合，掌握企业的实际管理情况，试图为企业提供更简单易行的库存管理操作方法。 46195

As a theoretical basis to analyze the status of Jinhu Fengyu Textile Co., Ltd. inventory management, identify business issues in inventory management. For high-cost enterprise in the stock inventory management, data information is not accurate, warehouse management confusion and other problems, the company's existing inventory management model for research.Through scientific management methods and ideas, seek to improve the program, and proposed to improve inventory management policies and measures to achieve the goal of enhanced warehouse management and lower inventory costs.
