摘要本文对国内外近十年的国内外有关影视旅游的文献进行整理分析,对影视旅游的国内外研究数量,国内外研究内容以及国内外研究方法进行了解。然后,主要从游客对食住行游购娱六个方面的体验角度,运用文献研究法、演绎推理法、理论研究与实证研究结合法,结合Ryan期望-满足理论、消费者行为理论,旅游者体验理论等相关理论,来研究无锡影视城影视旅游发展的现状,得出无锡影视城在食住游购娱五个方面存在的问题,在食方面,特色餐饮服务有待提升,特色餐饮价格过高;在住方面,住宿等级不完善,住宿条件一般;在游方面,门票价格过高,自然景观过少,公共设施设置不合理;在购方面,商品种类过少,购物环境单一,购物店分布不合理;在娱方面,体验型活动过于重复,表演型活动更新过慢。根据这些问题找到对应解决对策,在食方面,食品创新,加大对食品的宣传,就地取材降低食品价格;在住方面,在景区内建造住宿设施,对周边督促管理;在游方面,采取弹性定价对策,注意自然景观和人文景观的融合,合理增加休息场所等公共设施;在购方面,开发电影电视剧周边产品,根据景区文化不同区域营造不同风格的购物环境,合理安排购物店分布;在娱方面,不断更新体验型活动以及表演型活动。46407

ABSTRACT
