摘要对物流成本进行研究控制，从而降低物流成本，是物流企业在竞争中脱颖而出的关键，同时也是优化物流企业经济运行的质量重要措施。本文以顺丰速运有限公司为研究对象，探索其在运行过程中所产生的相关物流成本，提出相应的成本控制方法。在此基础上，运用物流成本管理与核算紧密结合研究对象进行深入分析与研究，提出完善企业体制，改善服务质量，增强企业的影响力；提高自主创新意识，加快加强对新产品开发与创新；努力加强信息网的建设；实施差异化市场定位、挖掘合作伙伴和企业的优化升级和对资产的重组等促进企业进一步降低物流成本的对策建议。46427

ABSTRACT

第一章 引言
1.1研究物流成本控制的背景
