摘 要我国医药物流的发展是多方位、多环节、多样性且个性化的，在计划经济期时期，我国的医药物流没有完全开放，形成了“大而全、小而全”的模式，而改革开放、中国加入 WTO 后，还面对来自国外的激烈竞争，必须改善医药物流目前小、散、乱、差的局势。为了医药行业的健康发展，需要建立良好且高效的医药物流体系，并寻找到适合我国目前发展的医药物流模式。本文通过分析我国医药物流的发展，比较我国医药物流模式，并利用 SWOT分析法系统地对我国现有的医药物流模式的内部优势、劣势和外部机会、威胁进行综合分析。最后结合中国医药行业的特点和对国外医药物流战略的成功经验，得出对我国医药物流业中除少数大型企业适用的自营模式，而对较多的中小企业，科学合理的第三方医药物流模式，可以降低库存成本，全面优化供应链，是能够长远发展的有效途径。 同时对我国医药物流的转型升级提出适宜的对策及建议：(1)政府宏观调控完善政策，建设大规模物流中心；(2)建立战略合作伙伴关系；(3)利用先进的科学技术改变传统物流过程；(4)优化整合，形成完整有效的供应链。50195

Study on the development and selection ofpharmaceutical logistics model
Abstract The development of medical logistics in our country is multi-faceted, multi link,persity and personalized. In the planned economy period, Chinese pharmaceuticallogistics was not fully open, forming a "big and complete, small and complete" mode.The reform and opening up, China's accession to the WTO, but also in the fiercecompetition from foreign countries must improve currently small, scattered, chaotic,and poor medical logistics’ situation. In order to the healthy development of thepharmaceutical industry, we need to establish a good and efficient medical logisticssystem, and to find suitable model for China's current development of thepharmaceutical logistics .In this paper, through the analysis of the development of medical logistics in ourcountry, compares our medical logistics models, and use the SWOT analysis methodto systematic analyse our existing mode of medical logistics’ internal strengths,weaknesses and external opportunities and threats. Finally, combined with thecharacteristics of China's medical industry and of foreign medical logistics strategysuccessful experience, draw on China's medical logistics industry in addition to a fewlarge enterprises for self mode, and to many more small and medium-sized enterprises,scientific and rational third party medical logistics pattern can reduce inventory costslow, overall optimization of the supply chain is to the long-term development of theeffective way. Also on China's medical logistics restructuring and upgrading theappropriate countermeasures and suggestions: (1) improve policies and macro-controlof the government, the construction of large-scale logistics center; (2) to establish thestrategic partnership; (3) using advanced science and technology to change thetraditional logistics process; (4) optimization and integration, to form a complete andeffective supply chain.
