摘要在当今日益飞速发展的国际形式下，中国的建筑业面临的压力也是越来越大，要想求生存谋发展，提高企业的经济效益，那么建筑企业就需要做到更高质量、更低的成本的建筑产品，而在工程项目中，花费的成本所占比重较大，对此在施工阶段上进行有效的管理手段有助于提高经济效益，这样就引进了价值工程这一原理。52607
由于我国价值工程的引进比较迟，价值工程的起步比较晚，对于价值工程的研究不是很多，大多研究还只是在工业方面，建筑业上对其的研究比较少，为了能够让价值工程在施工项目上得到普及，需要建立起有效的体系，有助于施工企业的发展。本文对价值工程的原理进行了细致的分析和研究，对其在施工阶段的应用做出了科学化的分析，并且有实例去证明了价值工程原理在施工阶段对成本控制的有效性。

Abstract In today's increasingly rapid development of international situation, China's construction industry faces the pressure is more and more big, want to seek survival and development, improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, the construction enterprises need to better quality, lower cost of building products, and in the project, the cost of the accounted for a larger proportion, the construction phase of the effective management means is helpful to improve the economic benefit, it introduced the principle of value engineering.
