摘  要：江苏省高淳桠溪镇在2010年被世界慢城组织正式授予“国际慢城”的称号，这也是中国首个拥有“国际慢城”的城镇。“慢城”的标准是指建立一种放慢生活节奏的城市形态。根据世界慢城联合会的政策规定，“慢城”的标准是人口少于五万，支持传统手工业，无快餐区和大型超市及商业区域，倡导绿色生活方式，提倡反污染，反噪音，城镇绿化。因此高淳推出的新型旅游产品，让更多的旅游者在快节奏的现代社会里能体会到慢城的生活节奏和氛围,打造以“慢城”为主题的高淳桠溪镇新型旅游产品。本文阐述了高淳桠溪镇“慢城”旅游产品的打造与推广，探索了这个旅游产品“慢”的本质是否达到标准。同时，在“慢城”打造的过程中存在的问题进行探讨，给出相应的问题改进办法和建议。另外，本文也探讨了关于慢城文化的发展和传承。53886

Abstract：Yaxi Town of Gaochun, Jiangsu province was awarded “the Slowest City” by the Organization of World Slowest City in 2010. It is the first city with this prize in China. “Slowest City” refers to a kind of urban morphology. According to the standard of the Organization of World Slowest City, “Slowest City” means population less than fifty thousand, rich in handmade industry, no fast restaurants, no supermarkets, and no big shopping malls. Meanwhile, the slowest city needs to support the low-carbon lifestyle, anti-pollution, and greener lands. Therefore, there is a new type of travel product offered by the Yaxi Town of Gaochun, aiming to advertise the culture of folk town and a kind of slow lifestyle for people from modern cities with the theme of “ the Slowest Steps in the town” this thesis is illustrating the advertisement of travel product in Gaochun city and exploring whether the standard of “Slow” is achieved. At the same time, during the process of build slow city, there are many problems, so how to solve these problems is also illustrated in this thesis. Besides, the thesis is trying to illustrating the heritage and creative of the development of slow city.

1 引言

工业化和科技的发展给人们的生活带来了翻天覆地的变化，同时生活节奏加快，工作压力增大，城市化使得人们离自然越来越远。越来越多的人渴望缓解高压生活，所以在旅游度假时，喜欢去一些生活较慢的地方去放松自己的身心。而“慢城”旅游恰恰迎合了这一需要。什么是慢城？慢城指的是一种放慢生活节奏的城市形态和人们的生活状态。世界慢城组织对于“国际慢城”的概念是如下定义的：入选城市或城镇，或社区需人口少于五万，城市或社区管理的理念是反对污染，反对噪音，支持绿化和绿色节约型能源社会，反对工业，支持传统的手工业项目。所在城区没有快餐店，大型超市和大型商业区。根据慢城运动联盟的规定，成为其中成员必须在城市人口、环境政策、城市发展规划、基础设施、食品生产甚至青少年教育等方面满足54项具体规定。为了确保入选城市的标准符合慢城的标准，慢城运动联盟会派专人对这些申报城镇或社区进行实地考察，并且在不同城市举行年会，就城市的发展，规划及绿化进行与时俱进的研讨，为慢城的发展进行城市或社区之间的交流提供良好的平台。  关于桠溪镇“慢城”旅游产品“慢”本质标准探析:http://www.751com.cn/guanli/lunwen_58058.html
