建设项目承发包模式分析

摘要改革开放以来，中国的建筑业发生了翻天覆地的变化。中国建筑行业发展的速度非常快，规模越来越大，工程项目的投资变多、建设周期越来越长、参与工作的人员也越来越多。而且随着日益频繁的国际交流，中国的建筑企业必须走出国门参与到竞争日益激烈的国际建筑市场当中，因此中国建筑业必须需要加强工程项目管理水平。国际建筑市场经过很长一段时间的发展，如今己经产生了许多成熟的承发包模式，一直以来中国的建筑企业都是引进国外先进的工程项目管理模式，给国内建筑行业带来了很大的冲击和影响，所以我们国家必须要分析和研究各种承发包模式，深入地了解各种管理模式产生的原因，结合我国建筑业项目管理的现状走出适合我国的工程项目管理之路。56102

本文系统的介绍和总结了国内外几种工程项目承发包模式的产生、定义、应用范围、优缺点等，对目前国内外的建设工程项目承发包模式做出了对比分析和研究，指出现有的工程项目承发包模式存在的不足，对承发包模式的选取方法做出了分析，提出适合我国现阶段国情的工程项目承发包模式。
