探讨社区养老的援助方法

摘要：我国人口老龄化具有不同于发达国家的特点，老年人口数量大，老龄化速度快，人口老龄化超前于经济发展水平。而我国的社区养老体系迫于人力物力的限制还有待完善无法满足老年群众的多方面需求。本文主要研究上海市L街道社区养老的现状，并通过文献研究法、访谈法，实地了解了L街道社区养老服务的模式，挖掘出其中所存在的问题：社区提供的养老服务“形式化”问题、社区居家养老服务的专业程度低、社区对于老年人的心理问题重视度不高、群众对社区养老的认知度不高、当前社区养老的形式吸引力薄弱，等并尝试性地提出了一些解决方法。57606

Discussion about the community care of aging society

Abstract:China's aging population has a characteristic different from that of developed countries,the large number of the elderly population,aging becomes faster and faster,aging of the population ahead of the level of economic development.However,China’s Community pension system cant’t meet the various needs of older people course of the limit of the human and material resources.This paper studies the status quo in Shanghai L Street Community pension,using the way of literature research,and interviews to learn about the model L Street Community pension services,digging out where the problems is.Pension services provided by the community’s "formal" problem, the low professional level of community home-based care services, community awareness of the masses pension is not high, the current form of attractive community endowment is weak, and so on and.Trying to put forward some solutions.
