摘要虽然传统的企业培训和经验分享等交流系统在促进知识共享与员工创新行为产生中发挥着重要作用,但随着现代企业信息多元化的发展,企业员工仍面临难以及时了解同事的工作经验和正确的工作方法,以及如何对固有工作模式进行创新从而创造更大收益等困难。随着组织创新氛围在企业中变得越来越不可或缺,本文引入组织创新氛围作为调节变量,深入探索组织创新氛围、员工创新行为以及知识共享这三者之间复杂而又紧密的影响关系,从而寻求治理对策。本文将知识共享分为显性知识共享和隐性知识共享两个维度去探索在知识共享的两种不同层面上分别给员工创新行为带来的影响。根据本文所建立的基础理论模型,以理论模型结构作为基础来组成量表来开展文献收集和问卷调查,针对所收集数据应用spss17.0统计软件进行正确的数据统计分析并给出相应结论以及治理对策。58561

The affecting factors and countermeasures research on the employee innovation behavior driven by the knowledge sharing——In the case of manufacturing in Jiangsu Province

Abstract Although traditional corporate training and experience sharing exchange system play an important role in promoting knowledge sharing and employee innovation behavior, however, with the persified development on modern enterprise information, employees are still facing difficulties to keep abreast of work experience and the right colleagues working methods, and the difficulties inherent in how to innovate working mode in order to create more income. With the importance of organizational innovation climate is keeping rising up in the enterprise, this paper leads in the organization innovation climate as a mediating variable to discover the relationship among these three variables and try to seek out countermeasures. This article will pide knowledge sharing into explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing in order to fit the actual situation of enterprises, and try to explore the impact these two different levels of knowledge sharing bring to the employee innovative behavior. According to theoretical model established in this paper, we would take the theoretical model of the structure as the basis for the composition of the scale to carry out the data collection and literature survey. Finally, we would use the statistical software spss17.0 on the collected data for proper statistical analysis and bring about corresponding conclusions and countermeasures.
