+摘 要随着互联网+概念的提出和发展,家庭型自助旅游者的决策特点也发生了相应的变化。本文使用问卷调查法,得出了家庭型自助旅游者的决策渠道、组织方式、花费和制定出游计划的时间如何进行变化。通过文献研究,根据旅游者决策的三个阶段,结合家庭型自助旅游者的特点,分析出家庭型自助旅游者在三个决策阶段下的25 个关键点。采用问卷调查法,分析出家庭型自助旅游各个角色在团队中的参与度,与传统家庭旅游中各个角色的决策特点进行比较,继而得出家庭型自助旅游者的角色混合化的结论,并提出相应的对策;对比研究传统背景下和互联网+背景下两种情景下,家庭型自助旅游者的决策关键点的异同之处,得出互联网+背景下家庭型自助旅游者在旅游各阶段的决策特点,并提出相应的对策。58621

Research on the Decision-making Characteristics ofFamily-type Independent Tourists in Internet Plus Era
Abstract With the rapid development of Internet plus concept, the decision-makingcharacteristics of family self-help tourists are changed. This article uses thequestionnaire survey method, obtains how the family type self help tourist'sdecision-making channel, the organization way, the expenditure and the time to makea travel plan change. Through the literature research, according to the three stages ofthe tourists' decision-making, combined with the characteristics of the familyself-help tourists, the 25 key points of the family self-help tourists in the threedecision-making stages are analyzed. The questionnaire survey is used to analyze theparticipation of each role in the team, compared with the characteristics of each rolein the traditional family tourism decision, then comes to the conclusion of the familyself-help tourists’ roles mixing, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures;in two scenarios for the study of traditional background and Internet plus background,this article compares similarities and differences between the decision key point of thefamily self-help tourists, obtains the decision-making characteristics of familyself-help tourists in various stages of tourism under the Internet plus background, andputs forward the corresponding countermeasures.
