摘 要 本文对无锡强茂轧辊有限公司进行供应商评价与选择的研究。首先查阅了大量的相关文献资料，结合供应商管理以及供应商选择与评价的相关理论对无锡强茂轧辊有限公司的供应商评价与选择现状进行分析研究，指出了无锡强茂轧辊有限公司在采购业务上存在的问题；其次针对无锡强茂轧辊有限公司在供应商评价和选择上存在的主要问题，采取了相应的对策，从采购成本、采购难易程度、物资重要程度分别对采购物资进行 ABC分类，接着进行综合 ABC的分类，将物资分为ABC三类；然后就针对A类物资中的某一项物资，建立科学的评级指标体系，并选用AHP方法确定评价指标权重，对各项指标打分并得出综合分数；最后结合供应商的能力与积极性对无锡强茂轧辊有限公司的供应商进行选择与评价。本文旨在提高无锡强茂轧辊有限公司选择供应商的能力，同时，对其它公司的供应商选择与评价也具有借鉴意义。58726

Supplier selection and evaluation of Wuxi Qiangmao Roll Co. Abstract This paper mainly carrries out research on the evaluation and selection of suppliers set on Wuxi Qiangmao Roll Co.. Firstly, after accessing to a lot of literature, the current situation is analyzed by combining theories of vendor management, selection and evaluation. Then the problems in procurement process are pointed out. Secondly, in the view of the above problems existed in Wuxi Qiangmao Roll Co., corresponding measure is proposed as follows. Most of the materials are classified by ABC method from procurement cost, purchasing difficulty degree to material importance degree and the materials are classified to three types that is A, B and C in the comprehensive view. The reasonable rating index system is constructed and AHP is utilized to determine the weight based on class A, the purpose of which is to get the final marks. In the end, the selection and evaluation of suppliers are completed by combining the ability of suppliers and enthusiasm. This paper aims to improve the level of suppliers’selection in Wuxi Qiangmao Roll Co. and give guidance to other similar companies.
