摘要:人力资源规划、招聘与配置、培训与开发、绩效管理、薪酬福利管理、员工关系管理是人力资源管理中相辅相成不可分割的六大模块。当前,对于每一个企业而言,人才是企业不可或缺的组成部分,也是一个企业发展的基础。所以,从某种意义上来说,企业的竞争正潜移默化地转化为人才之间的竞争。招聘工作不仅是作为企业补充优质人才的主要渠道,更是为企业实现可持续发展的重要法宝。基于此,企业愈发重视如何能更有效的开展招聘的这一问题。本文就将以互联网时代下社交招聘的产生与发展研究为研究题目,目的是希望通过对现如今社交招聘的发展现状以及针对不完善处的应对措施的深入研究,探究,分析在互联网不断发展的背景下,如何有效发挥社交招聘能为企业带来最大化的效益,同时我们又该如何构建合理的社交招聘的管理制度来改善现如今社交招聘所存在的不足之处,并最终提出相关对策建议,使其能更好的为企业所服务。61935

The research on the emergence and development   of social recruitment in the Internet Age

Abstract: Human resources involves six models:human resource planning, recruitment, training, performance,compensation and labor relations.They are interdependent and inpisible.Nowadays, talented people are not only indispensable parts of each enterprise, but also the development of the company. To some extent, the competition of enterprises is gradually transformed into the competition of talents.Recruitment is not only as the main channel for enterprises to supplement the high quality talents. Moreover, it can be regarded as important treasure of the sustainable development in a company. So we have to put more emphasize on how to make recruitment become useful in the management of a company.Thus, I’d like to use ‘The research on the emergence and development of social recruitment in the Internet Era’ as the title of my paper. We aim to analyze how to effectively use social recruitment to make bigger benefits for the enterprise through the investigation about the current status and shortages of social recruitment. Meanwhile, we should build a reasonable management system for social recruitment and improve its current situation by putting forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions. In this way, social recruitment can be better used in the enterprise.
