摘要：随着经济的发展，我国的医疗水平逐渐提高，人口老龄化问题越来越严重。与此同时，老人的子女正在事业的拼搏年龄，相对的会难以全面的照顾关心老人，因此“家庭养老”的功能作用逐渐降低，“社区养老”成了很多老人新的养老选择。社区养老除了能满足老人的基本需求外，更应该能满足老人在精神文化、交往交际方面的需求。本文采用文献研究和实证调查相结合的方法，分析国内外文献、结合对于JC街道的深入调查访谈，对于街道政府现阶段对于养老工作采取的措施和JC街道现有的服务模式进行总结，与对老人的访谈、社会工作者的访谈以及笔者自己在社区学校的工作经验相比照，提出所存在的问题，并进行思考解决。同时结合现在状况对社区养老的未来发展进行探讨和展望。62050

Present condition analysis of community retirement, and development trend of the future.

Abstract: Along with the development of economy, medical level in our country has been increased, so the problem of population aging is becoming more and more serious. At the same time, children of elderly parents are at the age of working hard for their career. It is hard to them to take care of their parent. Therefore, the role of family retirement is getting weaker, community retirement becomes a popular choice for old people. The community pension should not only fill up the olds basic needs but also satisfy the need of spirit communication and culture of the olds. Document research and empirical investigation is used in this article, analyzing the literature datum in home and abroad as well as combining deeply investigation of JC street; in summary of work method of home-based care for the aged people and the service paten of JC neighborhood. Pointing out the disadvantages and proposing solutions though the interview of aged people, social workers, and my work experience in the community school. It is critical to discuss and look forward to the development of community elderly care.
