摘要:近年来,对于企业社会责任以及组织公正这两个道德概念的研究不在少数,然而,真正能对其内在联系进行分析的研究少之又少。本文就从多种理论角度出发分析并研究这两者及其衍生概念间的关系,例如,从理论与实例角度分析员工对于组织公正的感知与员工对于企业社会责任的感知二者间的联系。从管理学“价值观-态度-行为”角度以及个人-组织价值观一致性角度,分析员工组织公正感知以及员工参与企业社会责任活动之间的关系。通过多种理论实践的认证,我们发现组织公正感对员工参与企业社会责任活动呈正相关的关系。而这种关系的论证可以为实践者们(例如CEO,高层管理者)促进其所属公司企业社会责任活动的发展提供理论依据。62089

The research on how perceived organizational justice influence employee’s CSR participation
Abstract: In recent years, there are lots of researches about two moral concepts: CSR and Organizational justice. However, very few studies concentrate on the internal connection between these two concept. We did a lot of analysis and researches on how these two concept and derivatives connect with each other by using a variety of theoretical perspective. For example, we analysis the relationship of perceived organizational justice and employee’s perceived CSR by using different theories and examples. We analysis the relationship of perceived organizational justice and employee’s participation of CSR activities by using “value-attitude-behavior” theory which from management study and the consistency of inpidual-organizational value. We found that organizational Justice on employee involvement activity was positively related to the corporate social responsibility, Which demonstrates for practitioners (such as the CEO, senior management) to promote the development of its corporate social responsibility activities.
