摘要：在我国，办公大厦、居民住房等建筑物接二连三如雨后春笋般拔地而起，而这种现象也促进了我国建筑业的增长。虽然建筑业在产业中着有不断增长的趋势，但伴随着的是建筑事故居高不下的。因此，在我国的建筑安全形势比较严峻的情况之下，我们要重视安全问题，所以要进行安全管理，而安全管理的精髓就是建立安全文化。我们可以通过科学地研究我国的建筑安全生产中的事故发生起数、事故类型和死亡人数的变化趋势，为我国的建筑安全文化建立提供参考，可以让我们更清楚的了解我们安全文化中的缺失和分析安全文化被忽略的原因等。62170
另外我们可以从安全因素入手进行安全文化。如安全因素有以下几种：人的不安全行为、物的不安全状态以及管理因素，而这些因素中的任何一个出现都可能导致施工现场出现安全事故。
本论文会借鉴一些比较发达的国家和不同区域的安全文化的历史教训和经验,在分析施工企业安全文化重要性的基础上,构建了施工企业不同层次(物质层、行为层、制度层、观念层）的安全文化体系，制定了有效的解决方案，也建立了一套行之有效的安全文化体系。
论文的主要写作思路主要是先对安全文化理论进行论述，然后对施工企业安全文化进行论述，并且把结构层次讲清楚。主要是对安全事故描述来提出问题，安全文化的缺失分析问题，安全文化的内容和深层分析进行案例的研究，最后用安全文化体系的建立进行解决问题，为施工企业安全文化建设提供了有益的参考。
