摘要随着中国改革开放,经济的飞速发展,全球化和信息时代的到来,我国采掘业市场竞争日益激烈,这为行业内的企业的管理变革带来重大机遇与挑战。战略绩效评价作为现代企业管理决策的重要工具,是企业高效利用和整合资源,并促进企业实现战略目标的重要保障。然而行业中具有优势的采掘业上市公司的战略绩效评价却较为落后,己成为制约企业与行业发展的瓶颈。因此,建立一套适应市场经济发展、符合行业实际的采掘业上市公司的战略绩效评价体系十分的迫切。64550
通过回顾分析国内外共生理论、企业社会责任、企业绩效评价的历史演进和发展阶段,可以发现采掘业上市公司缺乏共生理念,没有意识到自身作为“社会公民”的重要性,漠视社会责任,重视短期经济利益的思想浓厚。在共生理论的指引下,企业需要进行社会责任的管理,本文从社会绩效入手,构建以经营、财务、社会三大绩效三位一体的具有采掘业特色的共生战略绩效评价体系,并运用层次分析法和模糊综合评判法对有代表性的企业进行案例研究与分析。研究结果表明,构建的共生战略绩效体系不仅可以从实务角度有效地对采掘业上市公司战略绩效进行评价,还有助于推动企业战略绩效评价体系的改善,也为企业的可持续发展提供了支持。

With the rapid economic development of China's reform and opening-up, economic globalization and information era, China's excavating industry market competition is increasingly fierce, which brings major opportunities and challenges for enterprise management of change within the industry. Strategic performance evaluation as an important tool for modern enterprise management decision-making, is the efficient use and integration of resources for the enterprise, and an important guarantee for to achieve the enterprise's strategic objectives. While, although the enterprise of excavating listing Corporation industry has an advantage, strategic performance evaluation is relatively backward, which has become the bottleneck of restricting the development of enterprise and industry. Therefore, establishing a strategic performance evaluation system which adapts the market economy development, industry in line with the actual mining industry listing Corporation is extremely urgent.
Through the review and analysis of domestic and foreign symbiosis theory, the social responsibility of the enterprise, the enterprise performance evaluation in the historical evolution and development stage, can be found in excavating industry listing Corporation lacks the concept of symbiosis, not aware of itself as the importance of "social citizenship", ignoring the social responsibility, and pays attention to short-term economic interests. In the symbiotic theory, enterprises need for social responsibility management, from the aspects of social strategic performance evaluation performance, to construct the business, financial, social performance of the Trinity with excavating industry characteristics, and use the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process on the research and analysis of the case of representative enterprises.
