摘 要：本项目根据惠山区西漳地块所在区域情况，进行无锡市发展情况和房地产市场分析，以及西漳地块周边商业物业市场分析和住宅消费者需求分析。在此基础上得出西漳地块项目定位和项目概念规划，同时进行西漳地块投资分析及经济效益分析，由此得出西漳地块开发的主要结论和建议，编制出可行性研究报告。西漳地块投资可行性研究报告在投资决策前对与项目有关的资源、技术、市场、经济和社会等各方面进行全面的分析、论证和评价，判断出项目在经济上合理、财务上是否能盈利，在多个可能的备选方案选择出最优的科学方法。65606

Abstract：In this project, according to the Huishan District Xizhang plots of land area of Wuxi City, the development of the situation and the real estate market analysis, analysis and Xizhang land surrounding the commercial property market analysis and residential consumer demand. 1.1 选题依据
