摘要：本课题以新生代员工为调研对象，展开基于深入访谈和实证研究的开放性人格对新生代员工工作-家庭关系影响研究。通过访谈，了解开放性人格在工作和生活行为的影响，以及开放性人格对工作-家庭关系的作用机理。设计问卷并开展开放性人格对新生代工作-家庭关系的实证研究。另外通过实证研究发现开放性人格对于新生代员工的工作-家庭的积极影响显著。结合访谈可以得出，开放性人格对于新生代员工家庭-工作冲突显著正相关，与工作-家庭冲突及工作-家庭促进两维度均无显著正相关关系。结合访谈及实证结论，从组织、家庭、个体三方面提出应对策略68798
