摘  要淮安作为一个有着2200多年建制史和六千年文明史的古城,拥有众多的名人文化旅游资源。但纵观淮安旅游业的发展现状,淮安没有充分利用名人文化旅游资源的优势开拓全国旅游市场,使得淮安旅游在国内的认知度不高,与省内其他城市的旅游发展差距越来越大。这无论是对于一个正以“长三角洲北部重要中心城市和知名历史文化旅游地”为奋斗目标的现代化城市来说,还是对于广大旅游者来说,都是一件憾事。本文通过实证研究法,搜集相关资料和数据;对当地进行调研考察,获取实时资料;并对其进行定性分析。对开发重点名人文化资源的模式进行讨论研究,首先指出淮安名人文化的旅游资源目前存在的问题有:资金投入不足,产业带动力不强;旅游产品形式单一、空间分布散乱,欠缺区域性整合;管理保护和宣传机制不完善;名人文化景区级别低且展现形式单一。最后表明淮安应吸引侨胞投资,形成第三产业链;发展多样性旅游产品,加强资源整合;完善保护管理和宣传机制;丰富景区展示形式,提高景区档次;改善淮安名人文化旅游资源的发展现状。69033

In this article, through the empirical study method, collecting relevant materials and data; Field research, get first-hand information; And carries on the qualitative analysis. To focus on celebrity culture resources development mode to carry out the discussion research, first points out problems existing in huaian celebrity culture tourism resources are: insufficient capital investment, industrial driving force is not strong; A single, space, dispersed tourism products, lack of integration; Management protection and promotion mechanism is not complete; Celebrity culture scenic area level low and form a single. Finally suggests that huaian should attract investment of overseas Chinese, form the third industry chain; development of persity tourism products, strengthen the integration of resources; We will improve the mechanism of protection management and propaganda; Abundant scenic display form, improve the grade of the scenic area; So as to improve the huaian celebrity culture tourism resources development present situation..
