上海市产城融合过程的建构与重构

摘要上海作为中国改革开放的龙头城市，如今正在逐渐进入后工业化阶段，面临着产业结构调整和转型升级的巨大压力，面对着中国新时期新态势发展经济的诉求。上海要实现经济高速发展，要推进城市化，要提升土地资源利用率，重要的是思考怎样把产城进行融合与协同。论文通过文献整理和数据分析调查上海开发区发展的历程、空间布局情况；通过探讨上海产业与城市融合发展的过程分析上海在产城融合发展方面存在的不足，在此基础上给出产城融合发展的对策和建议。69066

Construction and Reconstruction of the Integration Process of Shanghai City

Abstract

Shanghai as the leading city of China's reform and opening up, now is gradually entering the stage of industrialization, faced with tremendous pressure and the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure adjustment, in the face of the demands of the new situation of economic development in contemporary China. Shanghai to achieve rapid development of economy, to promote urbanization, to enhance the utilization of land resources, the important is thinking how to production city fusion and collaboration. Paper through literature review and analysis of survey data in Shanghai Development Zone development course, space layout. Through the discussion of the Shanghai Industrial and urban fusion development process analysis of Shanghai in the development, there are problems of production city fusion, based on to production city fusion Development countermeasures and suggestions.
