摘要 连锁经营是一种古老的经营方式,最早起源于美国。随着商业经营模式的发展,连锁经营这种新型的经营模式已经被广大的市场经营者所认可。连锁经营带来的巨大效益,被许多企业经营者看好。许多企业由单家旗舰店迅速发展,然后疯狂扩展,将连锁经营的优势展现得淋漓尽致。随着全球经济的逐步深入,尤其是商业经济的发展,连锁经营作为现代主流的商业模式越发显现出其重要性。而我国的连锁商业企业无论从经营规模上,还是经营理念上与发达国家和地区相比存在着较大的差距,在连锁经营中遇到各种各样的问题甚至陷入困境。这就要求我们的连锁商业企业必须借案例鉴发达国家连锁商业企业先进的管理与营销理念,结合我国的实际国情,开发新的经营模式,强化企业的产品与服务、管理、和控制能力、品牌的营造能力。10772

THE PROS AND CONS AND INNOVATION OF CHAIN OPERATION

Abstract Chain operation is a kind of old mode of operation which was firstly originated in the United States. With the development of business mode, this kind of new business model named chain operation has been recognized by the majority of the market operators. Chain operation has been favored by many business operators as it brings great benefits. Many enterprises rapidly developed from single flagship store, then crazy expansion which fully use the advantages of chain operation. With the acceleration development of global economy, especially the development of commercial economy, chain operation has become more and more important as the modern mainstream business. But compared with developed countries, Chinese chain enterprises exist large gap both from the scale and management, and then encounter a variety of problems or trouble. This requires us to study from developed countries’ advanced management and marketing idea, then combined with China's actual national condition, develop new management pattern, strengthen the products, services, management, control ability, the brand's create ability of a enterprise .
In this paper, we analysis the present situation of domestic enterprise, then find out the advantages and disadvantages of domestic chain enterprises to develop, so enterprises can solve various problems and difficulties through the theory and guidance of innovation. Ultimately promotes the healthy and stable development of chain operate enterprises.
