烟火药界面间点火反应机理实验研究

摘要反应物粒度是影响化学反应的一个重要因素。改变反应物粒度可以在一定程度上改变化学反应的性质,如反应速率、反应温度、转化率等。
通常将由缓慢的氧化状态到反应能自动加速到高速燃烧的瞬间状态所对应的拐点温度作为烟火药燃烧反应的外推点火温度。本论文借助热差分析仪, 使用100目、200目、200-325目、325目和400目的镁粉 ,研究了不同粒径镁粉与相同粒径范围的氧化剂(硝酸钾、硝酸锶、高氯酸钾)的起始反应温度。在相同的实验条件下,当镁粉相对比表面积分别为97.99、78.88、44.38、54.35、25.7/m2/Kg时, 测定了不同粒径镁粉与相同粒径范围的硝酸钾燃烧反应的初始反应温度;不同粒径镁粉与相同粒径范围的硝酸锶的初始反应温度;不同粒径镁粉与相同粒径范围的高氯酸钾的初始反应温度。实验结果表明,随着镁粉粒径变化,外推点火温度没有明显规律 ,而自发反应的温度具有良好的实验的可重复性,消除镁粉和氧化剂剧烈的放热和吸热反应对外推点火温度的影响,表现出随着镁粉的颗粒的增大,起始反应温度越低的规律。20683

Title    Experimental study on the mechanism of the reaction                   
 between the pyrotechnic ignition interface                                        
Abstract
The particle size of the reactants is an important factor affecting the chemical reaction.Changing the particle size of the reactant can to some extent change the nature of the chemical reactions,such as the reaction rate, the reaction temperature, the conversion rate, etc.
Te is the ignition temperature of combustion reaction of the pyrotechnic composition, which is the corresponding temperature of a transient state from a slow oxidation state to the reaction that can be automatically accelerate to a high speed combustion.  This thesis based on 100,200,200-325,325 and 400-mesh magnesium powder, particularly studied the oxidation of magnesium powder with different particle sizes and the initial reaction temperature Ti of it, and the oxidizer(potassium nitrate, strontium nitrate, potassium perchlorate) within the same particle size range via differential thermal analyzer by analyzing and extrapolating the initial reaction process before the Te. In the same experimental conditions, when the relatively specific surface area of magnesium powder were 97.99,78.88.44.38,54.35,25.7 / m2/Kg, we get the initial reaction temperature of the magnesium powder with different particle sizes; respectively, the initial combustion temperature of magnesium powder with potassium nitrate of the same particle size ; and the initial combustion temperature of magnesium powder with strontium nitrate ; and the initial combustion temperature of magnesium powder with potassium perchlorate. The experimental results show that, with magnesium powder particles increasing, the initial reaction temperature of the reaction is substantially lower.
